Jeanie Tappan ~ Professional Handler

Jeannie Tappan was first introduced to Rottweilers almost 45 years ago through Fred McNabb, and began to handle dogs at AKC shows.  Today, Jeannie has finished the championships of over one hundred Rottweilers, many of them dogs she has bred.

Her breeding program started under the kennel name "Jacaranda".  In 2006, she changed her kennel name to "Ebony Rottweilers".

Her daughter, Kirsten, started showing dogs when she was 13 years old and has championed many dogs since. Jeannie lives with her husband and daughter, Kirsten, in Monrovia, CA.

Both Jeannie and Kirsten are members of the American Rottweiler Club and Golden State Rottweiler Club.
